Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site hasn’t yet been independently audited, so we can’t yet say how fully it meets that standard.
In building it we have:
- chosen text and background colours with strong contrast,
- used clear headings, so the page structure makes sense to screen readers,
- made the layout work on phones and tablets as well as computers,
- written in plain English, without jargon where we can avoid it.
What may not work as well
Some services we link to, such as the client portal, webmail and remote support tools, are provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard. Our Welsh page is a best-effort translation.
