About
About Us
Who we are, where we are, and how we got here.
PCQ Solutions is an IT company and an internet provider based on the high street in Llanidloes, Mid-Wales. We look after computers, broadband and telephones for homes and businesses, mostly across Wales and the border counties, along with a few multinational customers whose sites abroad we support by arrangement.
What makes us different
- Not tied to one network. We’re not tied to one network or one carrier, so we choose what suits you — and when something breaks, we chase it for you.
- One company for the lot. Computers, broadband and phones from one team, so there’s no passing the blame.
- A real shop. Our workshop on Cambrian Place is open for you to walk in.
- Published prices. What we charge is on this website, with the VAT position stated plainly.
How we work
Most support is done remotely, which is faster for you than waiting for somebody to drive out. Where a job genuinely needs hands on site — cabling, mounting, ladders — we book it in with one of our engineers.
We’re open Monday to Friday. We don’t offer a 24-hour service, and we’re upfront about that.
Most of what we provide is a monthly service paid by Direct Debit, so your setup stays current and supported rather than slowly going out of date.
PCQ Solutions Ltd was incorporated in June 2000 and has traded from Llanidloes ever since. Company number 04019429 · VAT GB753384418 · ICO registration Z1285873 · Microsoft Partner.
