Mesh Kit — £7.50 per month, including VAT. Whole-house WiFi that removes the not-spots a single router leaves behind. Rolling monthly.
Contract
Broadband starts on a 12-month term, then rolls monthly. If you’d rather be rolling monthly from day one, that’s available with a one-off activation fee of £78 including VAT.

Do I need a phone line?
No. Full Fibre and SOGEA don’t need a phone line. If you want a home phone, our hosted service keeps your number for £12 a month including VAT — see Home phone & the copper switch-off.
What is included?
A dedicated static IP address, free setup, a wireless router for as long as you’re with us, and a free @pc-q.net mailbox.
How fast will it be?
Full Fibre gets close to the headline speed. SOGEA and SoTAP depend on your distance from the cabinet, so we give you an estimate for your address before you order.
Can I switch to you from another provider?
Yes. Tell us who you’re with now and we’ll arrange the switch.
What happens if it stops working?
Raise a ticket online, or ring 01686 411000, Monday to Friday. We deal with the network for you.
