Home prices include VAT. Business prices exclude VAT at 20%.
We supply broadband across most of the UK, and we’re not tied to one network: we work with Openreach, CityFibre and Virgin Media, and put you on whichever suits your address.
Home or business?
- Home Broadband — Full Fibre, SOGEA and SoTAP, with a static IP and a mailbox included.
- Business Broadband — the same network with business handling, and the option of leased lines where you need a guarantee.
Which line can I have?
Not every property can have the same thing, and which one you get is decided by what Openreach has built in your street rather than by us.
- Full Fibre — fibre all the way into your building. If your street has it, it’s the one to choose: you get close to the advertised speed.
- SOGEA — fibre to the green cabinet in the street, then the existing copper for the last stretch. No phone line needed. Speed depends on your distance from that cabinet.
- SoTAP — copper the whole way, for properties neither of the above has reached yet.
