- Syncro RMM for monitoring and in-place patching, so we see problems before you ring us.
- Telephone and ticket support during office hours, from people who know your setup.
- Remote support on the Standard tier, with no hourly charges for covered work.

- Security awareness training — we run KnowBe4 for you, building and scheduling the phishing campaigns and reviewing results, rather than handing you a login. Available from a single user.
- Cloud backup — an Acronis platform independent of Microsoft.
