Everything that governs how we supply our services and how we handle information, in one place.

If you are looking for something specific and cannot find it here, email
dataprotection@pc-q.co.uk and we will point you at it or answer directly.

Using our services

Document What it covers
Terms of Service The agreement between us. General terms, then service-specific sections for communications, hosting, Microsoft 365, support, hardware and workshop work. Section 18 sets out your rights if you are a consumer.
Acceptable Use Policy What you may and may not do with the services. Short and specific rather than exhaustive.

How we handle information

Document What it covers
Privacy Notice What personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Covers website visitors, enquiries, customers, suppliers, job applicants and devices brought in for repair.
Data Processing Agreement Our Article 28 terms for customers whose personal data we process. Sets out what we process and why, our security measures, our subprocessors, breach notification and what happens to data when the service ends.
Subprocessors Every third party that processes personal data on our behalf, where they are, where your data sits and what protects it. Includes our use of AI. Kept current — this page is the authoritative version.

Security and putting things right

Document What it covers
Security How we protect our platform, your devices and our own systems. Written so you can tell what we do from what we intend to do. Includes how to report a vulnerability.
Complaints Procedure How to complain, what happens next, and how to take it further — including independent adjudication for communications services.

For supplier assurance and procurement

If you are assessing us as a supplier, the three documents you are most likely to need are the
Data Processing Agreement, the Subprocessor list and the Security page. Together they
cover most of what a standard security questionnaire asks.

We would rather answer a questionnaire properly than send a brochure, so if yours asks something
these pages do not cover, send it to dataprotection@pc-q.co.uk.

Versions and changes

Every document carries a version number and an effective date. Where a change materially reduces
your rights we give 30 days’ notice before it takes effect, and you may end the affected
service without penalty if you do not accept it.

For subprocessor changes specifically, we give 30 days’ notice and you have a right to object.
Ask us at dataprotection@pc-q.co.uk to be added to the notification list.
