As you may have heard, PCQ has now been awarded Gigabit Voucher Status, allowing us to work to connect areas with Fibre that have so far been left out of the current rollout.
We are looking to improve the infrastructure in your area but before we can, we need your help:
To bring Fibre to your area, we need to know the demand. We are asking you to email your “interest” so we can begin the process of delivering speeds of anywhere from 40Mbps to 1,000Mbps to your front door!
If interested, please email “I express interest” with your full name, postal address, and contact number to: ultrafast@pcq.wales
By emailing, no commitment is made, we need numbers on our side to get the funding released to upgrade your area.

Thank you from all at PCQ during this challenging year!
We have been quieter than we would like on social media as we have had half of us working from home on big, and exciting, new projects with the DfE (Dept for Education) rolling out a screening service over thousands of primary schools, Gigabit Broadband Scheme helping communities get connected, along with our normal Access Broadband Cymru mobile and fibre installs all over! This has our other half working all hours to continue meeting our high standards of support for all our clients both online and in real-life.
Good news: We will be advertising for a few additional staff positions in the new year to assist our growth – watch this space. (you can start sending in CV's meanwhile to info@pc-q.co.uk - Welsh speaking would be an advantage for one of the roles).
For now, the Llanidloes shop will be open until mid-day Christmas Eve, and we have plenty of last-minute present ideas big or small including perfect stocking fillers.
After Christmas, the shop will be closed as per the new lockdown guidance, but local deliveries to Llanidloes and UK-wide shipping will still be available.
Once closed for Covid regulations, our online orders by website, email and phone will be running as normal. Click and collect, free local deliveries and UK shipping. Workshop and callouts available too, please get in touch.
Regardless PCQ is never really closed and our support is and always is available 24/7/365, even Christmas day, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if needed.
